Type of Construction :-The structure is purely RCC framed structure with brick filler walls.(Earthquake Resistant).
Wall Finish :- The Wall finish internally has brick work with Cement blocks in cement mortar. The roof has R.C.C. Slab beams.
The External finishing touch is exclusively designed with permanent classical exteriors. The Internal walls are plastered and painted in pleasing pastel shades of plastic emulsion , ceiling painted in white.
Flooring :- The flooring in the Drawing, Dining Rooms, are exclusively of Marble. The Bedrooms , Lobby , Balconies are selected Ceramic / Granite tiles & Servant’s Area is Mosaic tiles.
Kitchen :- The kitchen flooring is purely selected Ceramic / Granite tiles. The walls of the kitchen are Ceramic Tiles up to 2 feet over the working platform. The working platform / counters are in polished granite with stainless steel double bowl sink.
Toilets :- The flooring in the toilets are selected Ceramic / Granite tiles. The walls of the toilets are selected Ceramic tiles up to Ceiling. The fittings are exclusively pastel colour wash basin and European WC, a mirror, a towel rain and provision for hot & cold water pipe system (without geysers), CP fittings with single lever mixers in wash Basin & shower (ordinary tap provided in servant’s toilet and white WC).
Doors:- The doors are exclusively made of teak wood with paneled shutters.
Windows :- The windows are made of powder coated aluminum windows.
Grills :- Al the external openings are provided with mild steel grills.
Electrical fittings:- The Electrical fittings are exclusively Copper electrical wiring throughout in concealed conduit with provision for light switches, outlets and junction boxes. Power Point for T.V. & Telephone outlets are provided throughout the Living areas. Moulded plastic switches and sockets are also provided.
Water supply :- Round the clock continuous water supply.
