The type of structure is exclusive RCC frame structure with footings , columns , beams ,
Slab etc. to Kristal Design.
Walls :
The walls are 6” Solid Block Masonry for External walls & 4″ Solid Block Masonry for Internal walls.
Doors :
The Main Door is exclusive Teak wood frame and teak wood shutter with Polish on both sides , B & R Locks or equivalent lock with Brass fittings and stopper. The Other Doors are exclusive Hardwood frame with Designed molded shutter with imported skin on one side and paint on the other side with B & R or Equivalent lock and brass fittings.
Windows :
The windows are Anodized /Powder coated Aluminum three track with Wooden frames with glass in two tracks and GI mosquito mesh in one track.
Flooring :
The floors are Vitrified Tiles (24″ x 24″) with / without spacer filled with tiles filler with Epoxy coating flooring for living / dining & Bed rooms (Basic cost of Tile Rs.55/ Sft) & 12”x12” ceramic flooring in kitchen, balcony & utility with 4″ skirting. Ceramic flooring in Toilets.
Kitchen :
The kitchen is provided with 20mm thick polished granite slab over RCC platform with stainless steel sink with drain board and 2′ height light colour Ceramic dadoing.
Toilets :
The toilets have Ceramic tile dadoing (Light color) of 7’ height. Concealed CPVC/PVC/GI pipe lining with Marc / Equivalent brand CP fittings and Cera brand white color ceramic fittings. Wash basin will be provided without pedestals.
Plastering :
Internal Walls and Ceiling: Neeru finish with 2 coats of Premier Emulsion over one/two coat(s) of wall Primer and one/two coat(s) of putty. (Roller Finish). External walls: Sand finish plaster with 2 coats of exterior weather coat paint over one/two coat(s) of primer.(Brush Finish).
Power backup :
Provision for Invertor in all flats. Generator back up for lifts and separate Inverter for Common Area Lighting.
Elevators :
Two No.s of Elevators provided , one with stretcher holding capacity will be provided. 2 nos of staircases including emergency exit will be provided.
