Counters :-

The wash counter in the dining area will be of granite with the basin below the counter. All other counters in the toilets will have granite or marble as the material. The counters will be selected to match the overall colour combination of the tiles and fixtures.

Sanitary and Plumbing :-

Chromium plated fittings like sink cock , mixer tap , pillar tap , health faucet , overhead shower , angle cock , bottle trap for kitchen sink and dining wash basins. This will be of Jaquar Florentine range or similar to ensure a regal look to the entire apartment. Sanitary fixtures will be of Cascade range from Parryware or Hindware.

Doors :-

The Entrance door will be of teak with good finish and bedroom doors will be moulded doors. In the kitchen, the door connecting to the dining area will have bottom half moulded and top half glazed with glass to provide better lighting and ambiance in the dining area. Balcony doors from the living room will be fully openable with glazed windows, so as to ensure free flow of light. In the case of balcony door from the bedrooms, instead of glazed finish, paneled doors are provided for ensuing privacy. All toilet doors will be moulded with waterproof paint inside for protection and ambience.

Painting :-

The exterior of the building will have high quality exterior emulsion paint on walls. All internal walls will be painted with plastic emulsion after applying putty. Ceilings are also with putty finish and painting by oil bound distemper. We will be providing very elegant cornice in living dining area. In the toilets false ceilings will be of ?E? board and toilets also will have cornice made of medium density fiber. The overall painting effect will be of high quality to ensure a regal look.

Electrical :-

Generated power provided not only in the common area but also inside the apartments. The total load of generated power provided inside the apartment is up to 1000 watts, for which there is no additional charge levied to the customer towards wiring. Switches are of modular in nature and of premium brands. Cable and wires will be of Finolex or similar brand. The distribution board will be of ABB brand or similar. Telephone cable of three pair in nature will be provided for each flat.

Lift :-

Each block provided with three lifts , out of which one will be a bed lift with a capacity of 13 passengers and automatic in nature. The other two will be fully automatic passenger lifts with a capacity of 10 passengers. The speed of the bed lift will be 1 meter per second and that of the passenger lifts will be 1.5 meter per second. All lifts will have infrared device for doors for safety and they are confirming to the standards of variable voltage and variable frequency. This technology ensures that the lift will stop and start smoothly and come to a stop with the same level of the floor, irrespective of the load in the lift. This is a major convenience for elderly people and persons using wheelchair.

Infrastructure details :-

Sump and septic tank are confirming to Indian standard norms. The general wiring includes free wiring for generator backup inside the apartments up to a limit of 1000watts. Intercom will be provided in each apartment free of cost and it is connected to common facilities like security cabin, caretaker?s room, clubhouse, pool area etc. Separate toilets are provided in the ground floor for security, drivers and servants. Points for cable TV connections are provided in all apartments. Telephone points are provided in the living room area, family living area and in all bedrooms.
